1. Definitions

• "Software" refers to the hotel management software provided by Tforte.
• "Service" refers to the functionalities and features provided by the Software.
• "Usage" refers to the Client's utilization of the Service.

2. License Grant

Tforte grants the Client a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software solely for the Client's internal business purposes.

3. Payment

• The Client agrees to pay for the usage of the Software based on actual usage, as determined by Tforte's monitoring systems.
• Payment rates for the Software usage will be as specified in the pricing plan agreed upon between the Client and Tforte.
• Payment shall be made in accordance with the agreed-upon billing cycle.

4. Usage Monitoring

Tforte reserves the right to monitor the Client's usage of the Software to determine usage levels for billing purposes.

5. Billing and Invoicing

8. Confidentiality

The Client agrees to keep confidential any proprietary information or trade secrets provided by Tforte in connection with the Software.

9. Termination
